Season 3 Launch
Season 3 arrives with a completely reworked ranked system, three new playable characters from Rakuzan and Shutoku, an overhauled user interface, and new basketball court environments.

New Characters
- Mayuzumi Chihiro (Rakuzan) — Phantom-type support with a unique Quasi-Emperor Eye that mimics Kuroko's misdirection at reduced effectiveness
- Hayama Kotaro — Lightning Dribble specialist with three speed tiers that unlock progressively during a match
- Miyaji Kiyoshi — Mid-range sharpshooter with a Pineapple Rage passive that boosts shot speed after consecutive baskets
- Nebuya Eikichi — Power-type center with Muscle Rebounding that grants a 30% rebound advantage against lighter opponents
Gameplay Changes
- Zone mechanic reworked — now requires filling a momentum gauge through skillful plays instead of a flat timer
- Passing system overhauled — added lead passes, bounce passes, and alley-oop trajectories
- Defensive positioning now grants a stamina recovery bonus when holding proper formation
- Shot contest system updated — proximity, hand position, and timing all factor into contest effectiveness
- Fastbreak opportunities now grant a temporary 10% speed boost for the first 4 seconds after a steal or rebound
New Features
- Completely redesigned main menu and in-game HUD with dynamic character art
- New Spectator Mode with commentator-style camera angles and real-time stat overlays
- Club system launched — create or join a club of up to 30 players with shared progression and rewards
- Added a Replay Theater where players can save, edit, and share match highlights
Ranked Changes
- Ranked system rebuilt from the ground up with 8 tiers: Bronze through Champion
- Placement matches increased from 5 to 10 for more accurate initial ranking
- Added LP decay for players in Master tier and above who are inactive for 7+ days
